Sylt Beach and Feasting
Plenty of room, lots of wind and long sandy beaches - Sylt, the prettiest of
the North Frisian Islands is a popular year round destination - although it is most beautiful in
the preseason. Then you have to share the beach with only a few of Kampen and
the gourmet restaurants you have to get a good chance at a table right away. Clearly,
most tourists come from longing for the beach, sand, sea and fresh air, but Sylt has to offer
so much more. Nowhere in Germany gather in small area like so many top restaurants in Sylt.
It was last autumn, a real shower of stars. Whether King John, Alexander Pape and
Dieter Mueller - the celebrity chefs of Germany's most northern community to create
new dishes again and again without having to domestic products such as oysters, seaweed,
shrimp or lamb dike forego.
